Supervision

I qualified as a Supervisor in 2002 and offer supervision to qualified Counsellors and Trainees. I have a great deal of experience in many settings and see supervision as a non-judgemental exploration of the Counsellor or Trainee’s work with their Client.

Supervision is a two-way process of shared responsibility which includes monitoring the standards and ethics of your counselling practice.

Supervision is also an opportunity to look at your counselling work from another perspective and discover different approaches to problems and issues, recognise strengths and identify training needs.

The supervision I offer is interactive and encourages development of your skills, knowledge and understanding, enabling you to reflect, re-energise and challenge your own personal growth and development.
